Ask for the sale

When presenting new technologies it’s easy to get feedback. Everyone seems to have an opinion of what is good, what is bad and what should be done.

The problem is, the desired outcome for the presentation might NOT be feedback.

If the intention is to make a sale and the people you are presenting to don’t know that, you will rarely make the sale

If you avoid asking for the sale you will successfully avoid the possibility of rejection BUT you will also avoid any chance of success.

Be willing to ask for the sale. Worse case scenario is you get a “no” but that is the same position you were in before you asked. Best scenario is you get a “yes” and that is what you are wanting

Be willing to ask, you might just make that sale. If you don’t ask, you wont.
