Addition by subtraction

Frequently we think the way to more profit is through expansion. More offices, more restaurants, more hotels, more camps, more everything.

The reality is more things doesn’t always equate to more success.

I’m working with a client who is looking at downsizing his business in order to generate more profit. We actually have figured out that by cutting back a couple of locations, he can increase both revenue and profits significantly. It’s simply a case of allocating resources better. This will mean more money and less headaches.
