When things are going wrong, look to change just one thing.
We have a tendency to overreact and when things go bad, we want to change EVERYTHING. We change jobs, get divorced, move to a new city etc. The more we change the more things get confusing and while change might seem good, it just gets more and more confusing.
Instead, we should look to change just one thing. Maybe it’s a new job. Maybe it’s a new city. Maybe is a new relationship. Do one thing and see how that works. After awhile, if you need to change a second thing then do that but don’t try to change everything and think that will make things better
