There is so much to do…so we do nothing.
We can do option A, option B, option C or option D. With all of those options we end up trying to do a little bit of each and in the end, accomplish nothing.
This is why prioritization is so important. We have to determine the most important thing and then do it. Then, and only then, do we move on to the next option.
Prioritize the requirements and get something done.
