Unhappy customers

The only way to guarantee no unhappy customers is to have no customers at all. Inevitably someone will be unhappy about something and sometimes it’s just because they enjoy being unhappy.

When you encounter an unhappy customer, listen to them, learn from them and then move on. Don’t let the minority of your customers get you down. If it’s the majority of your customers, than you have a bigger problem.
