Listening

Listening is important but we all have to decide whom we want to listen to.

If you have 100 customers and 99 are thrilled with your services and 1 is unhappy do you let that one ruin your business?

If you are doing research and all of your work shows something is successful but the uninformed opine otherwise, do you let that hold you back?

Listening is important but we do need to make sure we are listening to the right people.
