This is the time for resolutions by many people. People resolve to work out more, eat healthier, do different things.

Wouldn’t it make sense to set SMART goals rather then resolutions?

With SMART goals, you have something that is:

1) Specific
2) Measurable
3) Attainable
4) Realistic
5) Time-based

In many cases resolutions are things that are somewhat subjective and easy to break. Be SMART and set some good goals and then work everyday to attain them.
