When people complain about a price being too high what they frequently mean is the price is too high for the perceived value.
The solution is to do one of three things
1) Ignore the complaint
2) Lower the price
3) Increase the perceived value
Frequently the third choice is the one that will result in the happiest customer and the most profit for you but sadly the other two choices are the ones that occur most often.
