It’s relatively easy to set standards for others. Some people think that is a good way to judge a leader (based on the standards they have for others).

What about the standards we set for ourselves?

A leader who sets tough standards for others, expects them to be met but doesn’t achieve them for himself, isn’t much of a leader.

Remember, a leader is out front setting the standards for himself and others, not in back telling others what to do
