It’s easy to find yourself in panic mode due to a changing of variables. You didn’t plan on something happening and when it does, you are unprepared and go into panic mode to figure out a way to resolve the problem. People see this and think “now THAT PERSON really is a good worker”.
My question is whether this is really something good? No matter what there comes a time when something unexpected happens. This is inevitable but should we commend someone for being unprepared? If they had prepared properly and were able to deal with things ahead of time wouldn’t that be more impressive?
Avoiding panic mode by preparing properly is much more impressive then constantly dealing with this type of situation.
Have a great day!
