Clients will occasionally ask you to do things outside of your area of expertise. As a pleaser you want to make them feel good so you want to do what they ask.
The problem is this might not be in your businesses best interests, it might not be in your own best interest and it might not be in your clients best interest.
Sometimes it’s best to say “no” and allow them to find someone who really is an expert in that area.
No is not always a bad word.
