There is a lot of talk these days about discrimination.
Should we allow “those people” to cross “our” borders and enter “our” country? (I’m not completely sure who “those people” are nor who made the decision that this is “our” country”)
Should we allow “those people” to get married? (again, I’m not sure who “those people” are nor who decided “we” should make this type of a decision).
Should we be nervous when walking on the street late at night and see a group of “those people” walking toward us?
Shouldn’t we all learn from Frederick Douglass who said “I would unite with anybody to do right and with nobody to do wrong”. He wrote that back in 1855 yet somehow in 2016 we seem to have moved backwards.
Have a great day!
