Options

When the option is “yes” or “no” it’s easy to choose “no”. When the option is “red”, “green” or “blue” they still have the option of “no” but it’s much more likely people will choose…something.

Giving options not only makes people happy, it also makes closing the sale much easier (unless there are too many options at which point it just muddles the decision).
