Proactive vs Reactive

We all know it’s better to be proactive rather than reactive but we also know that we have to be open to being reactive in certain situations because we can’t anticipate everything and certain situations occur that we do have to react to.

The challenge is to be able to transition out of the reactive stage and into the proactive stage. It’s so easy to get caught up in the day to day activities that usually involve reactive actions and forget to set aside time for proactive planning.

Sometimes you will have to make some sacrifices to create the time for this proactive planning but in the long run, it’s worth it.

Have a great day!
