What worked and what didn’t

At the end of an event it’s important to evaluate what worked…and what didn’t.

Whether this event is a development of a new app, a new menu for a restaurant, a sales pitch or whatever it’s too easy to forget to do this type of an evaluation at the end of the project and instead people just move on.

The problem with just moving on is people lose the opportunity to learn from what worked and what didn’t. Don’t lose this opportunity.
