Creating the habit

If it’s difficult to get outside of your comfort zone and do something special, what if you created the habit of doing just that?

What if we worked hard to develop the habit of expanding our comfort zone to include things that normally would be outside the zone? What if every day (or every week or some regularly scheduled time period) we forced ourselves to stretch and do something scary?

We can create the habit of growing and expanding our competencies and comfort areas by creating the habit of doing just that.

It’s not going to be easy, it’s not going to always be fun but it will make us better.
