V vs W

Many successful companies were started by visionaries. They were able to see opportunity when the rest of us see problems.

The difficulty is visionaries are not necessarily great workers so while they can see what needs to be done they might not always have the ability to do it themselves.

Workers, on the other hand, can do the day to day stuff but without the ability to see the big picture, they can get stuck doing the “same old same old”.

If you can get the visionaries and workers to work together, great things can be accomplished but independently, each group would most likely fail.

Visionaries and workers need to think in terms of “us” and not “them” in order to accomplish the greater good.

Have a great day!
