Many people create ToDo lists. It helps them keep track of everything that needs to be done.
The question to ask yourself is would it make sense to add estimated times to each task on the list?
If you see 10 things on a todo list it can be very daunting but if you see that 5 of them are will each only take 5 minutes, it becomes much less daunting.
Putting a time estimate to each task can be a great way to relieve some stress and to plan your day.
