Fix it

When a problem arises, people can discuss the problem, place blame (usually elsewhere) and look to prevent the problem in the future,

Ideally, when a problem arises, your employees should be empowered to get it fixed as soon as possible. If it means losing a little but of money short term, that is ok because the quicker you can fix the problem the more likely you are going to have a long term customer.

If you can’t trust your employees to get the problem fixed, maybe you have a bigger problem then you think.
