The launch is NOT when you want to find out things don’t work. The launch is NOT the time to find something is missing. The launch is not the time to realize there is a better way.
The way to avoid messing up the launch is to do dry runs in advance. Recreate the launch as much as possible so you can practice and see what works and what doesn’t. The objective of the dry runs is to be as prepared as possible so you don’t have any surprises upon the launch
