Know your market

If you don’t know who to sell your product or services to why bother with the product or service at all?

Wouldn’t it make sense to find the end user first and then create the product or service than to create the product or service and then try to find the market?

The key to this concept is to be realistic. When someone says “everyone is my market” or “my market is huge” it means they aren’t being realistic and aren’t taking the time to do this right.

Know your market and then create the product or service and NOT the other way around.
