We schedule meetings, dinners, workouts, events etc but most of us don’t schedule enough downtime.

If we don’t schedule time to relax, decompress and just “be” when will we do it?

If we don’t allow ourselves to recover we will keep spinning our wheels and not get anything done effectively or efficiently.

Make sure, when you are creating your schedule, to schedule some downtime, it will be some of the most useful time you have
