At what point do you take a product from the testing phase into the sales phase?
There are a lot of people who are willing to “try” or “test’ or “beta test” products or services but at what point do you leave that phase and say “it works, if you want to use it, you can pay for it”?
If you allow everyone to keep “testing it” they will. If you force them to actually buy the product or service, now you know if they really find it of value.
