What about next Tuesday?

Here in the US, today is a HUGE shopping day called “Black Friday”. It’s the day after Thanksgiving and the unofficial start of the shopping season for Christmas. Stores are opening early (or opened late last night) and most have worked hard to make sure there store or business looks as good as possible.

The question is, what about next Tuesday (or Wed or Thursday etc)? Shouldn’t organizations work hard to make sure they look as great as possible all the time instead of just during special events? Shouldn’t every day be a special day when working with the public?

When we start acting like today is the most important day for our organization (realizing that tomorrow will also be “today” tomorrow) then every day will be special
