What if we all tried to keep it positive more often?

Looking around a convenience store recently I saw the following signs:

No smoking
No more than 2 persons under the age of 16 allowed in store without an adult
No loitering
No free cups
No public bathroom

Does this seem like the type of store you would want to shop at? I’m not trying to advocate smoking or loitering but even rewording some of these slightly (such as “Thank you for not smoking” or “Water cups are available for purchase at the counter) would make this seem like a more customer friendly business.

Can your organization do a better job keeping it positive? (I know I can)
