It’s easy to look at the various things that need to be done within an organization and think “I can do all of this myself”. While that may, or may not, be true the question you have to ask yourself is “is this the best use of my time?”
As an example, you might think you can learn to do graphic design so you don’t have to pay someone else to do that. The two issues with this are:
You might be able to do it but someone else might be MUCH better at it
Even if you can do a great job at it, your time might be even better used elsewhere,
It’s important to know what you do well, what you don’t do well and how to prioritize your time based on strengths and opportunities.
