When looking at your schedule you might see that all of your time is already allocated. It’s easy to think “this means I can’t do any more”. If more people would take a closer look at their schedule and look at ways they might be able to rearrange their schedule to increase efficiency, they might realize they can get a lot more done (or the same amount done in a lot less time).

Frequently we schedule based on “open time”. Consider scheduling based on “best use of your time.
