Communication

“Do you have time for a call?”

“Dinner tonight?”

“Help!”

In an effort to save time too many people send messages (texts, emails, voice messages etc) extremely short messages that are so incomplete they result in multiple communications that end up taking longer than if the first attempt was done correctly.

Instead of “do you have time for a call?” give a few details so the other party knows what the call is about and also give some options for when you are available so the other party doesn’t respond with times you are unavailable.

Take the time to communicate properly and long run, you will save time and be more effective and more efficient

Have a great day!
