It’s you

You are a sales manager and none of your salespeople are making sales.

You are a marketing person and no one is smarter enough to understand your message.

You are a coach and none of your players will do what you want.

You are a manager and none of your assistant managers have been good enough.

At some point you have stop looking at others and realize the problem, most likely, is with you.

When you are having a problem with one or two people, the problem might be with them.  When you are having a problem with a lot of people, it’s time to stop blaming all of them and think “maybe it is me”.

When you start thinking it’s always someone elses problem. it’s probably your problem

Just something to think about.

Have a great day!

Lawrence
