Take a day or two and unplug. Turn off your cell phone. Turn off your computer. Don’t listen to your iPod.
Go for a walk. Have a talk with a friend. Read a book.
Before you say “I can’t do that” give it some more thought. People did this for years and it worked. If you want to make it work you can.
