For most companies and organizations there are two options on how to grow your business
1.Find more customers
2.Offer more to your current customers
For reasons I’ll never understand, most businesses choose option 1. They are constantly advertising/marketing for new customers even though it teds to be very “hit or miss”.
The alternative is to offer more to your current customers. Provided you are already providing a good product or service, your current customers are the best (and easiest) market to grow.
The key is to make sure each product or service you provide is a great one and also that your next offerings are things your current customers want or need,
If you provide a bad product or service you will keep needing to find new customers just to stay the same size. If you continue to provide great products and services, you can let those do your marketing for you and keep growing
