There are 10 people standing in a circle with an 11th person standing in the middle of the circle.
The person in the middle has to fight his way out of the circle.
In the first scenario, it’s each person for himself. Whichever one the person in the middle runs at, that person must try to keep him in the middle by himself. The person will most likely be able to fight his way out if he wants it badly enough
The second scenario has a similar start except now, it’s all 10 people on the outside working together. They start by holding hands and whichever direction the person in the middle goes, the group gets closer together and works together to keep him in the middle. The person will most likely never get out of the middle.
This is an example that just because there are people near each other, if they don’t work together, there is no added strength. If they work together, there is tremendous strength in numbers.
If you are going to work with others, truly work together and great things can be accomplished!
Have a great day!
