When something major happens in your life (loss of a job, loss of a loved one etc) many things go through your mind. People tend to panic and worry about how this will affect things in the long run.
Inevitably, so many things go through your mind that you end up….doing nothing.
Instead, when things seem to become overwhelming, deal with the now first. There will be some things that have to be done right away and once you start dealing with those things, other things will start to clear up.
When circumstances seem to be overwhelming, deal with the now and then worry about the later.
